Roozbeh Rahimpour, MASc, CISA, PMP, P. Eng. - Principal Project Manager
He leads Davarcci's Project Management Practice and its overall business operations.
He has successfully designed
and implemented technology solutions for the fortune 100 in Banking,
Insurance, Software, Manufacturing, Education and Training, Engineering,
Consulting, and Transportation. His
areas of expertise include: Project Management, Systems Analysis
and Design, Change Management, Organization
Development, and Managing Outsourcing Relationships.
In the past, he has held senior positions with Sun Microsystems of Canada, Hatch, and EDS of Canada. He holds degrees in Engineering and Economics from University of Western Ontario and University of Windsor in Canada.
Mona Khavari-Rahimpour, B.Comm. - Virtues Project(TM) Master Facilitator
Director - Organization Development Practice
She leads Davarcci's Virtues Project(TM) Practice. Mona has successfully designed
and delivered training programs for introducing The Virtues Project(TM) to corporate and academic
audiences. She is a former banker and investment advisor with one of the largest and most respectable
firms in Canada. As an Investment Advisor she made regular contributions to print media and CBC radio
Windsor. She is a guest lecturer at the DeGroote School of Business (McMaster University) where she
teaches about the Strategies of The Virtues Project(TM) to MBA students. Mona holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
